Audio and photographic elements were lost in the March 2015 KSV master hard drive crash. High resolution scans of an archival copy of the 2014 sleeve were used for this reissue. Sergio Albano provided wav files from his personal archive to replace the lost audio. Restoration by HCMS, 2017.
