Original sleeve elements were lost in the March 2015 crash of KSV's master hard drive. There were no hard copies remaining in the label archive at the time of the crash. The only extant sleeve images available were those folded around Bruns' personal copy of the "6117511" CD.

HCMS restored the sleeve using high-resolution scans of those images; imperfections are visible but until a better source is found, these will have to do.
