"A reflected swan counterpoint floated respect on a diagonal plain. Another drenched surface, the intended force of hunger. A grey ovoid, principally a negative mirror, a Brancusian fish-space simulated in mass by a flight of burning marble. The innate rhythmic bulk brought into suggestive form by 'Daungerous and Desperate' reveals an angular brass base of downy grain, a beaked black attenuation carved from resting stone structures. The swan metaphor swims blind, an ever-polished exploitation of the essential nature of taut, outstretched referents. An occult wonder." (NWW Dialysis, Winter 2012)
